The District
Health Authority requires applications for contractual recruitment under the prevailing

Terms s condition
· Recruitment will be on the basis of
Government of Punjab’s Contract Policy Service.
· Immediate dismissal on the basis of
absenteeism and poor performance. This decision will not be challenged
anywhere.
· Recruitment for the above vacancies
will be based on merit, merit, experience and performance in interviews.
· 30% quota of posts for persons with
disabilities 5% quota for women is allotted under the prevailing policy of the
Government of Punjab in the posts where quota posts are vacant.
· Also, the concession in the upper age
limit will be available to all the candidates under the prevailing policy of
the government. The upper age limit will be counted till the last date for
submission of applications. Institutions of government and semi-government Certificate
copies of Certificate of Educational Experience Domicile National Identity Card
along with application and latest photographs along with the form.
· Certificate of equivalent education must be
obtained from the relevant institutions.
· Only shortlisted candidates who have passed
the NTS will be notified of the interview. The Authority reserves the right to
cancel the recruitment advertisement for any valid reason.
· And no one will pay for it.
How
to Apply
· The application must be
accompanied by two passport size photographs and certified copies of
computerize national identity card Domicile capability.
All
posts will be on contract basis.
